The poetry cafe 25th May was very full, there was an amazing range of poetsand poetry styles and subjects. I was persuaded to try it out and I now find myself returning every month. Like any artform I don't like every piece, poet or poem, but there is such a good energy from the poets and the audience that you feel privileged to be listening. The entry donation and the refreshments are reasonable and this all makes for a very good evening. Linda Morgan |
